HOW TO PREPARE SALAD FRUIT


Fruit is the sweet and fleshy product of tree or other plant and can be eaten as food. Some fruit are soft (banana, mango, pea, pineapple, etc.) and some are hard (coconut, palm kernel etc.).

Fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals and they have role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies. Eating healthy diet fruits generally reduced risk of chronic diseases. 

Fruits salad gives you so much benefits  from different types of fruit at the same time.

Ingredients:
Pawpaw
Pineapple
Apples
Oranges
Water melon
Banana
Fruit juice (optional)
[These are different types of fruits you can pick from, it's not necessary you go for everything. Just choose according to your taste.]

Preparation:
Fruits are already made food; it’s fast and easy to prepare.

1. Wash and chop or dice fruits into tiny cubes
2. Arrange them in layers in a fruit bowl or any available container. Reason is so that they are evenly distributed when you dish out.
3. Serve in deep bowls
4. Put it in the fridge for 10 minutes or pour a chill fruit juice if you prefer that option.
