How to prepare Yam with Chicken eggs, Garden egg and Smoked fish sauce



YAM WITH CHICKEN EGGS, GARDEN EGG AND SMOKED FISH

This is a very tasty and delicious experimental dish. It is can be eaten as breakfast, lunch or dinner. The combination of yam, chicken eggs and garden egg has all the food nutrient the need.

For serve of four.

Ingredients:


- 1 tuber of yam
- 6 pieces of garden egg (igba)
- 8 chicken eggs
- 2-3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 big onion
- 4 small red chilli peppers
- 11/2 cooking spoon vegetable oil
- 1 piece of smoked fish
- 1 can of sardine or corn beef (optional)
- seasoning (maggi, salt)
- curry and thyme (optional)

 Preparation:

Step 1: Peel yam, slice into rounds and wash, place a pot of water on the fire. Add salt, put garden in a black thick paper bag then either separately or with the yam.

Step 2: When garden egg is boiled and tender to touch, pound or marsh with a small mortar.;

Step 3: Add 11/2 spoons of vegetable oil into a deep pan, slice onions, tomatoes and the red chilli pepper. Heat the vegetable oil for a minute, add the onion, tomatoes and chilli pep;per then fry for another minute.

Step 4: Add the sardine or corn beef, smoked fish and the marsh garden egg. Whisk the chicken eggs in a bowl with little salt, maggi, (curry and thyme optional) .

Step 5: Continue to fry and stir, then add the whisked chicken eggs with some seasoning to taste, avoid adding too much salt, stir together for 3-4 minutes.

Step 6: Boil yam to soft and check with a fork.

Food is ready, serve and enjoy your meal.
